Scawby Cottages

Messingham Lane, Scawby, North Lincolnshire

This project sees the development of an existing dilapidated cottage to be refurbished and the large garden redeveloped to features a new spacious 4-bedroom dwelling with integrated double garage. The design brief of the new cottage dwelling was for it to reflect the local Lincolnshire vernacular to seamlessly blend-in with the surrounding context. This featured using a traditional material palette of local limestone walls, red bricks and pantiles made from regional Humber clay. Full Planning Approval has been granted for the project.
