Sturton Barn Cottages

Sturton, North Lincolnshire

This project sees the redevelopment of an existing dilapidated original late-19th century agricultural farmstead and adjacent paddock to be redeveloped into new luxury residential homes. The proposals includes for a three new barn style 4-bedroom dwellings set within the rich rural Lincolnshire landscape. These would feature traditional vernacular palette of materials and craft detailing. This includes clay pantile roof coverings limestone rubble / red brick walls with accents of black timber cladding. Full Planning Approval has been granted for the project.
